Long Time No See

Hey guys! It's been a while. Like more than a month. Sorry about that. I just want to let you all know that the past month has been a real struggle for me to get on track. Not only did I have a setback with binges, but also with my veganism and diabetes. I, from where I'm looking right now, hit rock bottom a few nights ago. I was alone (my dad was away on business) and there was soooo much food in the house that he normally eats. So, you wanna know what I did? I ate: bowls of non-vegan cereal that he gets, 1/2 jar of nutella with a crap load of bread, more bread with butter, graham crackers with almond milk and a lot of sunflower seeds. I should also tell you guys about my horrible addiction to peanuts/peanut butter. I don't keep it in my house because I'll eat everything all in one sitting. It truly is sick. Why do I bring this up to you? Because this week I have eaten over 2 jars of it with so much bread. At one point, I was on the floor eating like a rat, trying to.... I don't know. I know now that if I'm feeling like I need to binge, I can come to this site and write about it.
So today I stared fresh. I ate: a pear, carrots, snap peas, hummus, collards, tofu, jalapeno sauce, 1/2 apple afghan bolani (had 1 and a half) with some sauces and hummus. That's what I had so far for the whole day. I plan on having a banana or some puffed millet for dessert after I have some sushi for dinner. I am getting my BGs pretty high right now so I can go running.
Again, I'm sorry it took me so long to write. I plan on doing it more frequently.
