4.6.8.10 Diet

I'm starting an new diet that's low calorie and I'm excited because I'll be doing it with a girl who I met online at WhyEat.com. She seems really into it, and I can't wait to get support. This is what I plan on having. 4 days: breakfast- 1/2 c. blueberries :40 1/2 scoop protein powder: 40 1/2 c. almond milk: 20 1/2 c. water:0 ---- 100 snack- 1 apple: 100 lunch- tofu 1/5 package: 40 steamed cabbage 1 c.: 30 broth 1c.: 20 liquid aminos and nutritional yeast: 10 ----- 100 dinner- hot dog: 50 almond cheese 1 oz: 50 steamed spinach: 0 ---- 100 TOTAL: 400 6 days: breakfast- 1 tortilla: 70 2 tbsp. of tofutti: 60 jam: 20 ---- 150 lunch- 1 can southwestern south: 100 broccoli 1 c.: 50 ----- 150 dinner- boca burger: 70 lettuce: 10 mushrooms: 30 dressing 2 tbsp.: 40 ---- 150 snack- banana: 100 almonds (8): 50 ----- 150 TOTAL: 600 8 days: breakfast- 1/2 banana: 50 1 scoop protein powder: 80 spinach: 10 1 cup almond milk: 40 cinnamon and stevia: 20 ----- 200 snack- fruit leather: 70 5 almonds: 30 ---- 100 lunch- cabbage 1 c. steamed: 30 preger's burger: 170 ---- 200 dinner- kale: 30 broth 2 cups: 30 snap peas 3 oz.: 40 corn2/3 c.: 100 ----- 200 snack- banana: 100 TOTAL: 800 10 days: will be made the night before.
