SGD day 1

Hey all! So today was day one of SGD and I thought I did pretty well. Well, it was a 400 cal. day, so I guess it makes it easier to stick to. This is what I had that counted as calories: 1/2 c. egg whites (50), cream cheese tbsp.(30), salsa (20), veggie burger (80), hummus (20), 1 tbsp almond butter (100), veggie burger (80), dressing (20) = 400
I had 2 apples, carrots, lettuce, and cauliflower.
I also ran at 6.3 mph for 25 minutes. I was pretty proud of myself for that cause I'm trying to build my endurance! Anyway, I know I'll be strong tomorrow too...
